Yes, in fact we believe that is one of the best parts of our job- we get to design your project just for you! We will talk about all of your wants and needs during your design call. From there, we will be able to make suggestions based on your goals.

After you choose to work with us, we will come out to your home for a formal site visit. We will finalize the scope and take measurements of your space. From there, we will draft renderings for your approval. You will get to visualize the project on paper before we begin your build.

We carry a contractor specific general liability policy and also purchase a surety bond every year. For peace of mind, we perform background checks on all of our employees, so that you feel comfortable with who is in your home.

We partner with several talented professionals in the area and can offer our preferred vendor list so you can find a vetted and trusted contractor.

1. Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. We will take your intake email and reach out to schedule a design consultation call.
2. Design Call & Project Planning
During our scheduled design call, we work through the details of your project, including layout, functionality, materials, finishes, and other important design elements.
3. Proposal & Approval
We provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and investment for your project. Once approved, we finalize the details and prepare your project for a site visit and 3D renderings.
4. Craftsmanship & Production
Your project is handcrafted with careful attention to quality, precision, and detail. We remain personally involved throughout the process to ensure the work meets our standards.
5. Installation
Our team professionally installs your cabinetry or millwork while treating your home with the care and respect it deserves. We work diligently to stay on schedule and communicate throughout the installation process.
6. Final Walkthrough
Once installation is complete, we review the finished project to ensure everything meets expectations and reflects the quality and craftsmanship Hill Country Board & Beam is known for.
